    Job Description:

    As a Lead Preschool Teacher, you'll be in charge of running classroom operations and implementing the school's curriculum. The curriculum is literacy-based, offering structure while allowing room for creativity. You'll have the freedom to tailor activities based on students' interests and needs, fostering a collaborative environment with colleagues, families, and the community.

    Employment Qualifications:

    • Must be 18 years or older
    • Holds the necessary credentials for the position and complies with all company and state-specific standards
    • Fulfills education requirements, which may include:
      • Bachelors Degree with 30 credit hours in relevant fields or equivalent experience
      • Associate degree with 30 credit hours in related fields or equivalent experience
      • High School Diploma or GED with at least two years of relevant experience
