- Work closely with clients and account teams to understand business objectives, target audiences, and key messages to develop comprehensive advertising and marketing plans
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategy and messaging
- Develop creative briefs that inspire and guide the creative team in developing effective advertising and marketing campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting and insights to clients and account teams
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, media, and production, to ensure campaigns are executed on time and on budget
- Attend client meetings and presentations to present strategic recommendations and insights
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account planning or strategy development in an advertising agency setting
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful advertising and marketing campaigns
- Familiarity with market research and competitive analysis tools and techniques
- Experience with project management tools and processes
