    Overview

    Edgewater Federal Solutions is currently seeking a dedicated Human Resource Recruiting Coordinator to own recruiting process within Encantado ICIMS and drive coordination across recruiting capabilities, reporting, requirements assurance and overall process health supporting a Federal IT project in our Albuquerque, New Mexico office.

    Responsibilities
    • Applicant Tracking System (ICIMS) and data reporting related clerical and administrative functions within Encantado Technical Solutions.
    • Supporting Encantado Operational Leadership Team and staff as the point of contact for all general inquiries concerning human resources and employment.
    • Coordinating with leadership to assign requisitions as well as edit, proofread and post new positions to meet requirements therein.
    • Managing processes within recruiting flow and partnering with Encantado leadership, partners, and customers.
    • Ability to attend job fairs if needed.
    • Experience with process improvement and thought leadership to identify improvements to the recruiting flow and general processes.
    • Facilitate or drive coordination across recruiting capabilities and be able to leverage partners, sub-contractors and recruiting agencies.
    • Enterprise experience within communication and working with cross functional team.
    • Ability to partner with cross functional teams to establish and curate ongoing policy and procedure documentation for recruiting and human resource processes for Encantado Technical Solutions.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    Qualifications
    • U.S. Citizenship for the ability to obtain and maintain DOE L clearance.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience working with Human Resources and Recruiting teams in an enterprise environment.
    • 2 years of experience working Application Tracking System in iCIMS.
      • Nice to have experience as a system administrator creating and managing reports, dashboards, and configuration of ATS.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Must have experience working with and proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Excel and PowerPoint).
    • Must be organized and detail oriented.
    • Demonstrates careful attention to detail and information.
    • General understanding of employment laws and recruiting best practices.
    • Ability to work a hybrid remote schedule.
    • Preferred but not required knowledge and experience working Government Contracts, preferably Government Contracting experience in the IT field.
