Your responsibilities
- Independently managing the kitchen station
- Preparation and cooking of dishes
- Mise-en-place for our restaurants
- Receiving and checking goods, proper storage of goods
- Responsible and careful handling of food and work materials
- Continuous quality control and assurance in the F&B area
Flexible working hours
- With split shifts: 10:00 am to 2:00 pm and 5:30 pm to 10:00 pm
- Without split shifts: 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm
- 4-day week: 11:30 am to 10:00 pm
What sets you apart
- Completed apprenticeship as a cook
- Previous work experience is an advantage
- Quick coordination and understanding
- Open to new things and eager to learn
- Good German language skills (knowledge of English is an advantage)
- Enjoy working in a team
- Independent and reliable work ethic
