We have 25 dealerships in 4 states:
Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, and Wisconsin. As of this posting, the Bolingbrook dealership has approximately 57 employees in all of their departments.


Currently, JX Enterprises, Inc. employs approximately 1,250 people.

Job Overview:


Embark on a journey of excellence as a Used Truck Sales Executive Join our dynamic team, where you'll not only work with the best but also have the opportunity to learn from the best.

Your innate sales prowess, coupled with the technical knowledge we provide, will empower you to deliver unparalleled solutions to our customer's transportation needs.

In this role, you're not just making sales; you're forging lasting partnerships for the long haul. This is a Monday - Friday, first shift position.


Base Salary:
$40,000 - $55,000 per year (UNCAPPED Commission Program and Volume Bonuses)


With the base salary range listed above, if you don't have any previous heavy duty truck sales experience you'll be on the lower end of the pay scale. If you have multiple years of heavy duty truck sales experience, you'll be towards the top end of the above pay scale.

Realistic First Year Earning Potential:
$65,000 - $80,000 (no cap in your commissions/volume bonuses. We provide you with a floor; we don't give you a ceiling.)


Shift: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (Monday - Friday - no Saturdays)

Working Arrangement:
On-site (100%)


Travel Required:

Interview process: 2-3 interviews at the most (depending on if a recruiter is asked to conduct a phone interview or not).

Assessment:
A Berke Assessment will be required before your first interview with the hiring manager.

Minimum Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent. Associates or Bachelor degree preferred
  • Proven track record of Selling/Closing transactional sales
  • Inside Sales experience preferred
  • Intermediate experience with Google Enterprise platform.
  • Mechanical understanding enough to learn specifications of complex, customizable equipment.
  • Valid driver's license required
  • CDL required, or willingness and ability to obtain.
  • Business to Business sales experience
There is a sign-on bonus of
$5,000.

The
$5,000 sign-on bonus will be paid out in two equal installments.

The first installment (
$2,500 gross) will be paid out after your 90 day anniversary and the second installment (
$2,500 gross) will be paid out after your 180 day anniversary.

No goals, KPIs, or metrics will need to be achieved.
