Job Overview:

Duties:

• Read and interpret schematics to assemble electronic components
• Use power tools to fabricate and assemble parts
• Solder components onto circuit boards
• Perform occasional light tasks with power tools or machinery
• Assemble simple electrical cables

Requirements:

• Proficiency in electrical assembly techniques
• Experience with soldering and fabrication, including thruhole and basic surface mount (SMD)
• Knowledge of electrical wiring principles
• Familiarity with hand tools such as calipers
• Ability to read and understand schematics
• Strong attention to detail and precision in assembly tasks
• Basic skills using electronic test equipment such as digital multimeter (DMM) and oscilloscope

Nice-to-have Skills:

• Experience or enjoyment of digital and analog audio electronics
• Ability to understand, prototype and troubleshoot new design ideas
• Ability to inspect and repair assemblies
• Willing to travel to occasional trade events to learn about the industry and participate as part of our team

• High school or equivalent (preferred)

• Assembly: 2 years (required)
