About the team:


The Commercial Services & BpaaS Chief of Staff team is responsible for strategic planning, process execution, cross-team collaboration, communication, operational oversight, data and analytics and driving strategic initiatives across the division.

We balance time between short term goals and thoughtful go-forward strategy for optimizing operations with the lines of business and the leveraged functions.

We create and implement strategy to drive margin expansion via cost reduction, revenue increase or efficiency building within the division.

What you will be doing:


  • Documenting, implementing, and maintaining business level governance processes and providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Responsible for division level communication strategy which includes townhall coordination, newsletters, employee recognition, round tables and more
  • Develop division level metrics that act as indicators for future improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate to create division level strategy materials which includes market/industry research, financial analysis, and creating connections to the corporate strategy

What you bring:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, communication, marketing, finance or related discipline or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to technical and nontechnical audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g. executive management, individual contributor
  • Excellent analytical, decisionmaking, problemsolving, team and time management skills
  • Project management skills; ability to prioritize and complete tasks

The pay range for this full-time position is $77, $125,680.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location.

Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
