- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent presentation and whiteboarding skills.
- Experience communicating highly technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to understand business requirements and design AI solutions which meet those requirements.
- Experience developing, deploying, and maintaining Azure AI and data science solutions.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure technologies such as Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Search, Azure Databricks, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Cognitive Services.
- Experience programming in languages such as Python, PySpark, or C#
- Strong foundational understanding of the concepts behind machine learning algorithms and generative AI.
- Experience with prompt engineering and RAG techniques.
- Experience with data preparation techniques and strong data engineering skills.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- Experience building automations with Azure Function Apps, Azure Data Factory, Power Automate, or Azure Logic Apps
- AI-102 (Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate), or DP-100 (Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist Associate), or Databricks ML Data Scientist Certifications a plus
- Experience with GitHub or Azure DevOps
- Prior consulting and business development experience a plus.
