The dental implant sales consultant role is primarily responsible for calling warm leads and conducting phone consultations and assisting leads in understanding different dental implant treatment options in order to encourage customers to come in for an in-person consultation.

Requirements:

• Requires a highly motivated individual with strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to overcome objections in an over the phone or face to face consultation environment.
• Provide value and educate patients on the dental implant options and assist them in making an educated and informed decision for their health and wellbeing (training on treatment options will be provided).
• Must be a self starter, accountable, and highly motivated to hit and exceed targets to reap financial reward (manage KPIs).
• Must be highly organized and detail oriented and able to manage multiple leads at once
• MUST have a positive outlook and passion for changing lives via dental treatment
• MUST be able to build rapport with excitement and a positive friendly attitude over the phone
• At least 2 years of dental or sales experience

Position is Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm with opportunity for weekends, if wanted. We will also consider applicants for the position on a part time basis for weekend coverage
