Role Summary

We are seeking a Talent & Culture Generalist that will be responsible for providing general administrative support to the Talent & Culture Division, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and process improvement that will support the organization's mission, values, and strategic goals.

What You Will Do

Support the internship program and college recruiting program by managing program logistics.
Maintain content updates on technology platforms (i.e. Glassdoor, Indeed, LinkedIn).
Plan and manage the facilitation of internal employee events, partnering with key team members as needed.
Support implementation of processes, procedures, and programs for division.
Partner with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to complete the full cycle recruiting process by managing the prehire setup facilitation of all new employees.
Oversee consistent reporting for department to support recruiting metrics and other initiatives as needed.
Assist in creating visual aids and infographics utilized in company communications and as employee resources.

What You Will Bring

Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the HR field
Strong attention to detail, followup, and excellent organizational skills
Sense of urgency, adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness
Effective communication skills
Creative and independent thinking ability
