As a Bilingual Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers in both English and Spanish.

• Communicate effectively with customers in both English and Spanish, ensuring their needs are met
• Assist customers with product information, order placement, and issue resolution
• Analyze customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the appropriate department
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information as necessary
• Perform data entry tasks to update customer profiles and process orders

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
• Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Proficient in data entry and computer skills
• Sales experience is a plus
