How you can contribute:
As a Customer Service Clerk (m/f/d), you will be in close contact with our customers.

  • First point of contact for our customers, partners and internal departments
  • Development of solutions until problem resolution
  • Monitoring and control of service providers and their quality
  • Monitoring of delivery dates, PODs, etc.
  • Updating the transport management system
  • Daily review of shipment delays and development of solutions
  • Creation of reports and statistics
  • Analysis and improvement of service, service providers and costs
