Sales Representative Responsibilities:

Attend daily retail events to educate customers on the home improvement program and services offered by our clients, ensuring a clear understanding of available options.
Work directly with customers to enroll them in home improvement services and address any questions or concerns they may have.
Coordinate and schedule appointments for customers to speak with designated top sales managers, facilitating a seamless transition from enrollment to further discussions.
Maintain brand recognition for our clients by fostering a positive and consistent image at our retail events.
Meet and exceed enrollment targets and performance metrics through proactive outreach strategies such as directly engaging with customers.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring all information is uptodate and accessible for future reference.

Sales Representative Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in a clientfacing or customer enrollment role is preferred but optional.
Proven track record of success in collaborative team settings, whether through sports teams, clubs, or previous employment experiences.
Interest in home improvement projects and creating memorable customer experiences.
Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to local retail events.
