Your tasks:

Setting up and operating machines in the field of cylindrical grinding
Manufacturing individual parts on Kellenberger cylindrical grinding machines according to drawings or data specifications
Creating programs on Kellenberger cylindrical grinding machines (Heidenhain and Fanuc control)
Monitoring the production process and ensuring quality
Optimizing production processes in terms of setup and running time reduction

Your profile:

Completed training as a tool mechanic, or equivalent
Experience in mold making is an advantage
Experience in grinding is desirable;
ideally on Kellenberger cylindrical grinding machines
Goal-oriented, independent and structured way of working
Technical understanding
Quality awareness
Teamwork
