Our job offer:
Diplom Engineer (m/f/d) or Bachelor/Master in Architecture for the municipal building department in full-time


Job evaluation:
Salary group 11 TVÖD. In the collective employment relationship, remuneration is based on TVÖD-VKA, subject to the fulfillment of personal classification requirements.


Main tasks:
Supervision of construction projects for external architects and engineers (client task), external project managers, cost and deadline control, preparation of decision proposals for committees and city council meetings, participation in grant applications, project coordination and supervision of architects and specialist engineers in the implementation of municipal construction projects


Your profile:
Successfully completed degree in Diplom Engineer (m/f/d) or Bachelor/Master in Architecture or a comparable degree


Desirable:
Teamwork skills and high commitment, economically oriented, responsible and independent work style, good manners and citizen-friendly appearance, proficient in common Microsoft Office programs, ideally with experience in municipal administration
