    Job Description

    Collaborating with Cooks, Chefs, and Restaurant Managers, with precision and charm, you're adept at serving our guests. It's not just about completing tasks; it's about crafting an experience. You'll skillfully create delightful moments that ignite conversations, ensuring guests come back for more than just another meal. With a welcoming demeanor, impeccable timing, and the ability to balance both drink service and guest interactions seamlessly, you'll breathe life into every event.     Duties:
    • Presents menu, answers questions, and makes suggestions regarding food and service.
    • Writes order on check or memorizes it.
    • Relays order to kitchen and serves courses from kitchen and service bars.
    • Serves patrons from chafing dish at table.
    • Observes diners to respond to any additional requests and to determine when meal has been completed.
    • Completes all assigned side works and special projects.
    • Must have complete menu and bar knowledge.
    • Totals bill and accepts payment or refers patron to Cashier.
    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
    • Six months to a year related experience and/or training.
    • Equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • ABC Certification required within 30 days of Hire, must be maintained on a current/valid status.
    • Must successfully attend Company Mandatory Training programs.
    • Meets state minimum age to serve alcohol.
    • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
    • Positive, engaging personality, and professional appearance.
    • Eye for detail and understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques.
    • Ability to stand for extended periods as well as lift up to 50 lbs.
