No Travel$5k Sign-on bonus1.5x Pay for Overtime3 days off in a row every other week
Rotating 2-2-3 schedule. (3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off etc)12 hour days. Day shift 6am-6pm

We are actively looking for a Controls Technician to join the team. This role will be based onsite at the manufacturing plant and won't require any travel

Position will involve:

Perform installation, continuous improvement, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of test and assembly equipment.
Continuous Improvement of automation processes and equipment utilization, OEE, and downtime reduction
Installation and Programming of Equipment
Perform routine maintenance on all Test and Assembly Equipment
Coordinate with suppliers on necessary outside repairs and new equipment needs
Troubleshoots and repairs electrical/electronic equipment including but not limited to programmable controls, numeral controls, power supplies, drives and test equipment.
Advises operators and technicians of operation procedures and requirements for working safely with electrical/electronic equipment and components.
Informs appropriate management of potential electrical problems and inherent dangers involved.
