Your Responsibilities

Caring for individuals with disabilities in the context of assisted living, such as supporting with relationship building, daily living skills, and leisure activities
Collaborating with caregivers, authorities, and institutions
Ensuring and maintaining professional standards and quality management

Your Profile

Completed training as a special needs caregiver or equivalent
High level of resilience, organizational skills, empathy, and sensitivity
Flexibility and ability to work in a team
Driver's license class B (old: 3) advantageous
Personal commitment and a positive attitude towards the goals and social mission of Caritas
