Main tasks:

  • Planning and supervision of production processes in the manufacturing area, taking into account economic aspects
  • Creation and maintenance of work plans and process FMEAs
  • Participation in projects such as the acquisition of new machinery

Work preparation:

  • Review of existing manufacturing procedures and processes in terms of cost, functionality, and quality
  • Suggesting and monitoring optimization measures in terms of cost and output
  • Participation in reducing setup times and REFA time recording
  • Creation and correction of work plans, including conducting calculations
  • Participation in the creation of work and process instructions to ensure necessary processes in production
  • Coordination of product drawing changes after technical feasibility check
  • Participation in defining packaging for new products
  • Handling error reports and monitoring results
  • Participation in implementing quality assurance and improvement measures

Equipment procurement:

  • Participation and consultation in the acquisition of machinery and new tools
  • Participation in the creation of design drafts for new tool systems
  • Participation in analyzing the use of new materials and technologies for the development of equipment
