Job Description:
Leffler Consulting is seeking an experienced IT Help Desk Specialist (Access Management) to join our team within an Intelligence Agency in Chantilly.
This position is an immediate fill and will reside on-site with the government customer.Duties:
Support the IT Help Desk function on a contract Serve as a focal point for information access management through a multitude of special access shared drive folders Since the program is compartmentalized and access is governed by need to know, this position is responsible for the management and execution of the process and the efforts required to ensure proper access is maintained across the program Restructure the shared drive folder system Develop procedures for effectively managing the process going forward Coordinate more complex requests with external IT support groups Additional IT duties will be assigned as necessary depending on individual skill sets
Required Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI security clearance Must have a CI polygraph Bachelors degree in a technical discipline Minimum of 2 years of experience in PC/Exchange based systems administration
Demonstrated ability to work effectively at all levels in an organization
Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
Experience working with customers and providing detailed and unbiased guidance and recommendations
Ability to work independentlyStrong time management and organizational skills
Desired Qualifications
Bachelors degree in IT/Computer Engineering or related technical field Familiarity with managing MS Exchange security groups and e-mail distribution groups
Understanding of IT Governance and best practices
Knowledge of IT security principles
ITIL v3/v4 foundation certification preferred
Security+ CE.
