    Job Summary

    Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm w/OT

    The Help Desk Support Specialist provides technical support and resolves basic computer hardware and software performance issues. The Specialist maintains professional relationships and delivers efficient hands-on and remote support to users throughout the company.

    Essential Functions

    • Assists with basic network connectivity issues and troubleshoots various software application and hardware component issues
    • Utilizes resources to research and deliver basic solutions and escalates complex issues appropriately
    • Provides end-user support with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 suite, print management and WebEx collaboration suite support
    • Support MFA and MDM enrollment of mobile devices
    • Documents incidents and solutions within the help desk ticketing system and contributes to knowledge base articles
    • Utilizes resources to learn new skills and gain experience with increasingly complex systems
    • Follows HIPAA requirements and identifies security risks while enforcing policies and procedures
    • Participates in weeknight and weekend on-call support rotations

    Requirements:
    • High School diploma or equivalent
    • Previous customer service experience
    • Driving position: requires a minimum age of 21 and a current driver's license

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Previous help desk or functional support experience
    • Technology proficiency: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Electronic Medical Record
    • Previous experience with Sentinel One, Slack, Adobe, AnyConnect or comparable applications
    • Previous experience with WebEx or comparable video conference solutions
    • Previous experience of Active Directory environment
    • Previous experience with Microsoft print management services
    • Previous experience with network connectivity and services (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
