- Assists with basic network connectivity issues and troubleshoots various software application and hardware component issues
- Utilizes resources to research and deliver basic solutions and escalates complex issues appropriately
- Provides end-user support with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 suite, print management and WebEx collaboration suite support
- Support MFA and MDM enrollment of mobile devices
- Documents incidents and solutions within the help desk ticketing system and contributes to knowledge base articles
- Utilizes resources to learn new skills and gain experience with increasingly complex systems
- Follows HIPAA requirements and identifies security risks while enforcing policies and procedures
- Participates in weeknight and weekend on-call support rotations

- Previous customer service experience
- Driving position: requires a minimum age of 21 and a current driver's license
- Previous help desk or functional support experience
- Technology proficiency: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Electronic Medical Record
- Previous experience with Sentinel One, Slack, Adobe, AnyConnect or comparable applications
