Description

As an important customer representative and expert in SAP SD/SCM and business process transformation, the SAP OTC Manager will cover a comprehensive organization of OTC structures for a large retail company, with integration and expertise in E-commerce/OMNI-channel and sourcing. The role will optimize the Order to Cash functions through the provision of end-to-end implementations, upgrades, and improvements, and provide support for S4HANA solutions. The person will be the OTC Manager and part of the central template team in Europe, responsible for managing the global template implementation and aligning and defining the global SCM order management, OMNI, and retail strategy.

This is your job:

Develop a thorough understanding of the client's operations and make informed proposals for improvement through the use of SAP S4HANA, Retail, and SAP CAR

Provide trusted advice and explain the standard SAP configuration within SAP SD and SAP CAR, and the impact of changes on solutions and/or business processes

Advise clients on relevant best practices

Integrate complex SAP S4HANA Sales & Distribution, SAP Retail best practices, and customer solutions including E-commerce and other leading retail solutions, design, create, and implement

Lead and moderate client workshops and requirement gathering sessions

Lead the creation and completion of blueprint documentation and the target operating model
