Description
Responsibilities:
- Answer the phone (take message and/or direct calls to proper person/ department)
- Maintain files (over 300 company files with quotes, sales orders, invoices)
- Other clerical tasks
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Perform data entry as required
- Work with excel and word computer programs
- Problemsolver
- Keep inventory of office supplies
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Driver's license (bank and post office daily)
- Office experience manufacturing environment a plus
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Excellent attitude and attendance a must
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5:00pm
