Description

Responsibilities:


  • Answer the phone (take message and/or direct calls to proper person/ department)
  • Maintain files (over 300 company files with quotes, sales orders, invoices)
  • Other clerical tasks
  • Working knowledge of office equipment
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Perform data entry as required
  • Work with excel and word computer programs
  • Problemsolver
  • Keep inventory of office supplies
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Driver's license (bank and post office daily)
  • Office experience manufacturing environment a plus
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Excellent attitude and attendance a must
  • High school diploma or equivalent
In-person position, Monday to Friday, 8:30am
