Position Details:

The Driver at E&R Industrial performs warehouse duties and functions to support inventory integrity, order processing - picking, packing, staging, and shipping in accordance to standard operating procedures and safe work practices, and general housekeeping to provide a safe and clean work environment.

You will drive a 26ft box truck daily.


You Will:


  • Unload trailers using material handling equipment
  • Stock merchandise in appropriate locations
  • Comply with DOT regulations regarding the handling and shipping of Hazardous Material
  • Select the most economical method of routing to maximize service and minimize freight costs.
  • Provide customer service backup by picking willcall and counter orders when needed.
  • Stage merchandise and completes necessary documents.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and minimize multiple locations through the use of computerized scanning equipment and other inventory maintenance reports.

You Have:

  • 1 or more years of experience in related field and must be 18 years or older High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred Experience Operating powered industrial equipment Experience operating computerized scanning equipment and PC based programs
    A Class A with CDL
