    • Join a team of 6 full-time physicians and 4 full-time nurse practitioners
    • Very competitive total compensation opportunity (350k+)
    • RVU production bonus opportunity based on annual threshold
    • Quality incentives up to $50,000 annually
    • Commencement bonus of $40,000
    • $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time

    • Outpatient Rural Health Clinic
    • Four 10-hour days per week
    • Average 14-16 patients per day
    • Scribe provided for providers that average 15+ patients per day
