    Internal Medicine physician employment in Oregon : Seeking an innovative, reliable and flexible Internal Medicine physician who enjoys working with a supportive and caring group of healthcare professionals and desires a work life balance with schedule flexibility


    Details For this Opportunity:

    • Internal Medicine
    • Outpatient
    • Come join our team of 6 fulltime physicians and 4 fulltime nurse practitioners and serve a local population of approximately 35,000 residents in beautiful rural Eastern Oregon
    • Independent 501(c)3 not for profit health system that includes a community hospital and 13 primary and specialty clinics
    • Four 10 hour days per week
    • Average 14 16 patients per day
    • Scribe provided for providers that average 15+ patients per day
    • Behavioral health and lab on site
    -30+ exam rooms
    -1:16 call; phone call only

    • Epic EMR

    - Very competitive total compensation opportunity (338k+) which includes: Quality incentives up to $68,000, RVU bonus based on annual threshold, Commencement bonus of $40,000, $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time, Student loan repayment (NHSC Eligible Site)
