YOUR TASKS:
- Professional reception and care of guests
- Checkin and checkout processing
- Answering inquiries by phone, email, or in person
- Support with administrative tasks such as reservations and invoicing
- Ensuring a smooth process at the reception

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:
- Completed training in hotel management or a comparable qualification
- First work experience at the reception desk is desirable
- Good knowledge of MS Office and hotel software is an advantage
