Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 12 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality or spa industry
Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Basic computer skills, including experience with booking and scheduling software
Sales experience is a plus
