Responsibilities:


  • Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales strategies
  • Meet with prospective clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Conduct property tours and provide detailed information about the features and benefits of each property
  • Negotiate sales contracts and coordinate the closing process with clients, lenders, and attorneys
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales campaigns
  • Attend industry events and conferences to stay uptodate on trends and best practices

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales tools and software
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay:
$45, $50,000.00 per year


Experience level:

  • 2 years

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus opportunities

Travel requirement:

  • Up to 25% travel

Ability to Relocate:

  • Mesa, AZ: Relocate before starting work (required)
