We seek a dynamic and adaptable Executive Assistant to join our evolving real estate investment company.
This role is designed for someone who thrives in a fluid work environment, where routines change regularly, and enjoys the challenge of supporting a rapidly growing business.
Responsibilities

Strategic Support: Assist Mark in executing his vision and driving business growth.

Data Management: Gather and populate CEO Metrics and Minimum Monthly Spend data.

Content Production: Assist with content creation for MarkBuysYourHome.

Calendar Management: Oversee Mark's calendar, productivity, travel arrangements, and logistics.

Systems Development: Scribe and develop new systems and processes.

Task Management: Help Mark complete personal and business checklist items.

Project Handoff: Facilitate the implementation and management of projects once initiated.

Goal Focus: Ensure Mark remains focused on the company's goals.

Process Documentation: Create processes from team activities and solutions.

Policy Review: Review and update company policies and SOPs.

System Implementation: Assist in building and implementing systems and processes in company software.

Team Support: Support and back up team members in leasing and transactions.

Project Management: Assist with the management of various construction projects, including ordering materials, organizing, and billing.

Customer Service: Track closing timelines and clients to ensure excellent customer service.

Department Coordination: Work with other departments to stay on track.
Results
- Team members have clear outcomes, scoreboards, and accountability (

- Practice of transformational leadership, enabling team members to realize their potential.
- Projects are completed on time, achieving desired outcomes for the company and clients.
- Utilization of minimum effective dose systems and platforms for maximum results.
- Accurate and uptodate foundations in accounting, finance, taxes, human resources, and legal matters.
- Comprehensive documentation of all company systems and processes.
- Written and documented systems and processes for the leasing and transactions department within company software.
Requirements:
