Pay:
$60,000 - $70,000 / year
Work Location:
In Office FT for 90 days, then flexibility to work hybrid
Job Purpose:
The Accounts Payable Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payments to vendors and suppliers, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, and upholding the financial integrity of the organization.
This role contributes to the company's values by demonstrating commitment to efficiency, accuracy, collaboration, innovation, and integrity in all aspects of accounts payable operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Honor Commitments:
- Coordinate workflow to ensure timely preparation and disbursement of payments, honoring our commitments to vendors and stakeholders.
- Oversee company purchase card and fleet card programs, ensuring transactions are handled with integrity and accuracy.
Create Positive Experiences:
- Assist team members and branch employees with questions and issue resolution, creating positive experiences through helpful and responsive support.
- Be a resource for Accounts Payable Associates, providing training, guidance, and problemsolving assistance to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Foster Lifelong Learning:
- Supervise, mentor, and train Accounts Payable specialists, fostering their professional development and lifelong learning.
- Take an active role in hiring and career development, nurturing talent and promoting growth opportunities within the team.
Exhibit Pioneering Spirit:
- Recommend, coordinate, and implement processes and internal controls, exhibiting a pioneering spirit in driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Demonstrate Good Stewardship:
- Perform monthend close processes with precision and accuracy, demonstrating good stewardship in financial reporting and compliance.
Other Duties as Assigned:
- Adapt to the evolving needs of the organization and undertake additional responsibilities as required, reflecting our commitment to flexibility and responsiveness in meeting business objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
- Three or more years of related experience required.
- Ability to interact with internal and external customers in a positive and professional manner.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team.
- Ability to understand and implement policies and procedures.
- Ability to solve problems in an everchanging environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
