Enrollment Advisors: Help employees and members of different groups select and enroll in their predetermined benefits. No prior experience is necessary, but if you have experience in a peoplefocused industry, you're likely to excel

Responsibilities:

Engage with new members and guide them through the benefits enrollment process
Customize benefits plans for clients
Foster relationships with existing and new clients
Perform administrative duties as needed
Enroll niche market clients into exclusive benefit programs
Manage benefits for union and association members
Provide excellent customer service and support for employee benefits inquiries
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation
Independently resolve routine and complex benefits issues
Collaborate effectively with team members

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with clients
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on goals
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Customer service experience is a plus
