You'll provide expert advice to our customers on our product range, develop product solutions, and offer alternatives while considering legal requirements, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
You'll create and calculate quotes and negotiate terms with our customers, taking into account pricing guidelines. You'll also check for accuracy, such as delivery dates, prices, and availability.
You'll handle orders and inquiries from our customers professionally, both over the phone and through our ordering platform. You'll actively support our customers by recommending alternative and additional products.
You'll regularly exchange information on customer developments and other customer-related matters with your colleagues in the internal and external sales teams, and conduct joint visits with the external sales team.

What you'll bring
