In this role, you will:


  • Participate in selling products to consumers and businesses including open checking accounts, savings accounts, consumer loans, and other consumer products
  • Service customers in a branch environment
  • Carry out business banking focused functions over the phone
  • Complete other branch duties as needed for bank consumers
  • Present recommendations for resolving more complex situations
  • Exercise some independent judgment while acting as branch manager on duty when the branch manager is out
  • Provide information to colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders, including customers

Required Qualifications:


  • 2+ years of branch small business banking experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Required Qualifications for Europe, Middle East & Africa only:
