Responsibilities

• Set daily/weekly/monthly job schedule and communicate them to employees
• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
• Conduct/attend daily huddle meetings, production meetings, and management meetings to support operational efforts to meet schedules and customer expectations.
• Oversee and coach employees
• Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
• Check production output according to specifications
• Submit reports on performance and progress
• Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
• Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
• Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards

Skills

• Min 5 year experience in machine shop supervision
• Experience in running Punch Press operations is a plus
• Advanced skills in MS Office
• Experience with ISO 9001 and/or IATF 16949 Quality Systems
• Organizational and leadership abilities
• Problemsolving skills
• High School Diploma; Degree in a technical, engineering or relevant field will be an advantage

Pay:
$60, $75,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift

Education:

• High school or equivalent (required)
