    As a Shift Leader, it is your primary responsibility to:

    • Assist the management team with daily operating procedures
    • Be perceived as a leader amongst peers while providing guidance and continued training for existing and new employees
    • Execute opening duties including but not limited to: daily rosters, daily checklists, checking in produce orders
    • Execute closing duties including but not limited to: assigning closing side work, daily summary notes, final walk through
    • Help to manage FOH operations which include daily decision making, staff support, guest interaction, scheduling, product quality and overall restaurant cleanliness while adhering to FRC standards
