    Title: Webflow Designer

    Salary: $60-85k

    Remote (ideally local to Baton Rouge, LA or willing to travel)

    We are looking for a highly experienced Webflow Designer and Developer to join our client's team. This role requires a creative thinker who can build exceptional website experiences that are engaging and also systematically structured. Using Webflow, JavaScript, CSS, GSAP, and other custom code, you will deliver projects that push the boundaries of what's possible in digital experiences and websites.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design and develop engaging websites using Webflow, prioritizing a seamless user experience and clean, maintainable code.
    • Create high-quality visual assets (e.g., graphics, animations) to enhance website aesthetics and interactivity.
    • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement by upholding high standards and actively seeking ways to streamline workflows.
    • Manage a full workload effectively while maintaining a collaborative and solution-oriented mindset.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in Webflow, JavaScript, CSS, GSAP, and additional custom coding languages.
    • A strong portfolio showcasing the ability to design highly interactive and visually appealing websites.
    • Experience using Lumos framework is a plus.
    • Understanding of structured file management practices.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.
    • Utilizing data to inform decision-making and improve user interactions for design.
    • A strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to independently find solutions and execute tasks.
    • Willingness to travel to company headquarters or client meetings as needed
