Responsibilities
Supports the integration of the organization change program in a system and process transformation. Employees have experience with combining communication, outreach, training, performance measurement, and human resource tactics within an overall program.

Manages the plan to measure the effectiveness of the change management program and the overall degree of change achieved in the organization.

Understands and documents the impact of technology changes on business process and policy/legislation.

Understands and documents the impact of change on workforce components including ability to support competency models, modify job classes, and associated skill requirements, and develop employee reward, recognition, and incentive programs.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Execute change management processes.
  • Create and maintain and plan for managing the communications associated with managing change throughout the program.
  • Ensure each CI within the environment is secure, centrally reviewed, managed,
- and coordinated to prevent disruption to business services.

  • Ensure all change management processes align with ITIL v.4 and Agile framework for Service management to maximize use of the Agency ServiceNow ITSM tool.
  • Ensure changes are reviewed and approved by all stakeholders.
  • Ensure approved changes are documented in accordance with government and program processes and procedures.
  • Coordinate with government and program stakeholders to ensure common understanding of changes, along with impacts to delivery and risks.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:


  • U.S. Citizen
  • An active SECRET or the ability to obtain a SECRET Clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree with 7 years, master's degree with 5 years, or PhD with 0 2 years; four (4) years of experience can be substituted in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative to do what is needed to achieve learning goals.
  • Must have experience in leading and working with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrates ability to communicate with individuals at many different levels from within and from outside of the organization.
    Target Salary Range
$66,000 - $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
