Doorman / Venue Host

This person will be responsible for providing customer service,
promote safety, and ensuring responsible alcoholic beverage consumption for guests at our establishment.

Must be able and is required to determine legitimacy of ID's and refuse service/entry to anyone overly intoxicated.

Assist all team members in providing a positive and memorable experience at establishment and ensure a safe premise for all.

Ability to quickly build rapport with guests and create a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

Manage the flow of guests into the establishment
Checking ID's
Welcoming guests in and thanking them on their way out
Communicating issues as they arise to management
Monitoring problematic guests
Assisting other team members as required
Crowd control, and traffic direction

Qualifications:

Previous restaurant host/greeting experience preferred
Must have Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) compliance through Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) Friendly and customerfocused personality
Ability to articulate greetings and farewells to guests, as well as being able to understand requests for assistance
Ability to clearly communicate guests' concerns to management
Must be 21 or over
