    About the Job and Company:

    Global Payments North America Merchant Business relies on the Salesforce Platform to empower our Marketing, Business Development, Sales, and Operations workflows, providing exceptional merchant experiences for our Payments, Point of Sale, and Payroll operations. We are looking for a talented Product Management Leader to steer the future of the Salesforce Platform within our business. This role focuses on Sales, Servicing, and Telephony integration to enhance operational workflows and drive optimization. It's an exciting opportunity for a seasoned product leader who is dedicated to ensuring the success of merchants, partners, stakeholders, and their teams.

    Responsibilities:

    • Define and lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Salesforce Platform, emphasizing Sales, Servicing, and Telephony integration for optimizing operational workflows.
    • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to adoption, including defining requirements, prioritizing features, and establishing success metrics.
    • Collaborate with internal Salesforce engineering teams to identify, prioritize, and implement feature specifications.
    • Engage with merchants, partners, and stakeholders to provide roadmap updates, gather feedback, and address challenges and opportunities.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and Salesforce ecosystem advancements, including Generative AI.
    • Work closely with architecture, data, and internal application teams to ensure seamless deployment of Salesforce solutions in compliance with data security standards.
    • Act as the domain and product expert for all Salesforce Cloud solutions within the organization.

    Required Skills:
    • 8+ years of Product Management experience with technical products/platforms.
    • Extensive background in Salesforce Marketing, Sales, and Service clouds platform with the ability to engage with technical teams.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience presenting to executives and handling critical issues.
    • Experience in agile/lean environments, including backlog management.
    • Proven ability to translate product requirements into a viable roadmap.
    • Skilled at fostering collaborations and alignment within the company and with external partners.
    • Degree or equivalent experience required.

    Desired Skills:
    • Experience in building business solutions with Salesforce and other CRM platforms.
    • Familiarity with Generative AI and LLM technology.
    • Collaboration with Data Science and ML Engineering teams.
    • Background in the Financial Services industry is a plus.
