Position Summary:
Responsible for infrastructure operations, security, maintenance tasks, and daily operations. Including performance & resource monitoring, system maintenance and turnover, testing, security and documentation. Participates in short term planning efforts. Recommends procedures for problem resolution and is involved in root causes.

The Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for supporting core Windows-based systems within both on-premises and cloud-based environments. This role requires a strong emphasis on Windows Server administration, including upgrades and migrations, as well as expertise in related technologies such as Microsoft SQL, VMware vSphere, VEEAM, ExaGrid, and Dell hardware. Additionally, experience with NetApp storage and CIFS/NFS management is essential. Great documentation capabilities and the ability to evaluate and recommend solutions through iterative analysis are crucial for success in this role.
