Description
Responsibilities:
- Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems
- Verify and validate data for accuracy and completeness
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files
- Generate reports and other documentation as needed
- Follow established procedures for data entry and data management
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Update and maintain databases and spreadsheets
- Assist with data analysis and data cleanup projects as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar role
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and data entry software
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
