    Position Overview:
    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commodity/Ingredient Procurement Analyst to join our dynamic team.

    The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in our driving process and strategy improvements across the whole of the business, specializing in exchange-traded commodities.

    This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our global procurement strategy, drive cost efficiency, and enhance our competitive edge in the market.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Commodity Market Analysis

    | Conduct in-depth analysis of exchange-traded commodities, including market trends, price fluctuations, and supply-demand dynamics.

    COE
    | Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement process, leveraging data analytics and industry best practices.
    Cross Functional

    Leader

    | Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop procurement strategies that optimize cost, quality, and supply chain efficiency.
    Root Cause Analysis & Process Improvement

    | Perform root-cause analysis to identify factors impacting commodity prices and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
    Vendor Management

    | Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, negotiate contracts, and establish strong relationships to ensure reliable supply and competitive pricing.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree

    in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field.
    Minimum of 3 years

    of experience in commodity procurement, within the Food and Beverage/Food Production industry.
    Proficiency in analyzing exchange-traded commodities , with a strong understanding of

    market dynamics and pricing mechanisms .
    Demonstrated

    expertise in root-cause analysis

    and problem-solving skills, with a track record of implementing effective solutions.
    Proven ability to

    drive process improvement

    initiatives and

    streamline procurement operations.
    Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
    Strong proficiency in data analytics and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with procurement software and ERP systems is a plus.
