Primary Role Responsibilities
The Business Analyst, Procurement is responsible to assist with vendor and expense management.

This means this person will be responsible for managing the entire vendor spend process from vendor selection, contract negotiation, reviewing accounting spend in the P&L and presenting impact to the business unit leaders.

This role will be responsible for forecasting and analyzing expense data, sourcing suppliers that best meet the organization's needs, and working with the company's business unit leaders to strategically allocate funds and present results.


Responsibilities:


  • Select vendors based on the business needs, costs and quality of service
  • Regularly meet with and present to the CFO, CMO, CTO, and other business unit leaders regarding vendor spend and vendor spend strategy
  • Conduct routine costbenefit analysis and present financial spend related analysis and reporting to business unit leaders
  • Negotiate contracts, including pricing and terms Assist with vendor management projects as assigned
  • Manage the company spend process

Required Qualifications:


  • Proven organizational skills
  • Strong Excel and other Office apps required
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

Education:


  • A minimum of BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or an equivalent in working experience.
