Under the direction of the Executive Director of Operations, the Café'/Deli Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Café It To Si and the One Stop Deli.

The Café/Deli Manager creates a positive atmosphere that supports our brand promise and aids Team Members in providing exceptional guest service.

Duties can include, but are not limited to menu planning, training new Team Members, implementing SOPs, resolving guest complaints, and administrative tasks.


REQUIRED:


  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum five (5) years management experience in restaurants, or multiunit operations, with an emphasis in startup restaurants, construction, and opening experience.
  • A combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of requirements.

PREFERRED:


  • Previous experience in gaming hospitality environment.
  • BA or BS with culinary or hospitality major or degree from nationally recognized university or college.
Shift varies based on business needs - Must be flexible to work days/swings/overnight including weekends and holidays.
