About You:

Team Gilbert has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated professional to fill the
IT Applications Analyst II **position.

This position plays a very important role on the Municipal Applications team, as well as organization wide.

Here are some essential duties and responsibilities:

-Analyze business processes, including exploration, definition, and solution identification
Read, understand, and interpret best practices and regulatory requirements as needed

Conduct system updates, backup, and disaster recovery, and maintain updated processes

Work to create reports for managing work and data using reporting tools
Anticipate needs and research/offer solutions
Other duties as assigned

This position is in a hybrid work environment requiring two scheduled days on-site a week.

Modified work privileges are approved at the sole discretion of the department director; as such, the department reserves the right to modify or discontinue modified work arrangements at any point.

Regardless of work location (Remote, On-Site, or Hybrid) Town of Gilbert employees are required to reside in the state of Arizona by hire date.

This position is an At-Will position and is FLSA Exempt ineligible for overtime._

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or related field
OR equivalent work experience
-5 years of Information Technology support
-3 years in Information Technology and Enterprise Application Support with workflows, configuration setup, and maintenance
-3 years of requirements gathering and project work
-1 year supporting SaaS environments

Valid Arizona Driver's License
