Description

Duties:


  • Supervise administration/operations team including office manager/volunteer coordinator, assistant, and bookkeeper.
  • Oversee HR initiatives including insurance renewals, onboarding, employment issues, and benefits updates.
  • Process biweekly payroll, vendor payments, and weekly bank deposits.
  • Create and submit monthly and quarterly grant vouchers and maintain grant platforms.
  • Oversee the production of major publications, including newsletters, collateral material, and sponsorship packets.
  • Develop relationships with other notforprofit partners that may have synergies.
  • Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors and service providers.
  • Board of Director communications and support.
  • Primary lead IT including website updates, servicing, and maintaining onsite computers and phones.

Skillset:

Good to excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e., Microsoft, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), QuickBooks, ADP, Constant Contact, and Better Impact.


Pay:
$58, $65,000.00 per year
