    Description
    Insight Global is looking for Operations Supervisors for a large healthcare supply chain company at their Hanover, MD location.

    The Operations supervisors will coordinate and lead the Distribution Center operations including shipping, receiving, warehousing, delivery, customer quality, and product inventory.


    The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for:

    • Managing teammates time, attendance and schedules
    • Providing feedback and coaching to teammates
    • Overseeing training for all teammates
    • Working with Operations leadership (onsite and virtually) to improve distribution center metrics
    • Achieving key performance indicators within safety, quality, productivity, and turnover
    • Ensuring all teammates are adhering to OSHA, DOL, DEA, FOA, etc. policies
    • Supporting implementation of new customers to the distribution center
    • Making recommendations to corporate teams on customer needs (works with Account Managers, Transportation, Client Services, etc.)
    • Succession planning by identifying and developing talent

    • 3+ years of warehouse supervisor experience
    • Experience leading a team of more than 5 will be leading team of 18
    • Experience working within a warehouse must understand day to day of teammates
    • Bachelors degree in supply chain
