- Program and operate HAAS CNC mills.
- Execute machinist duties independently.
- Set up and operate CNC lathes and manual mills.
- Edit CNC programs and operate CNC equipment as needed.
- Efficiently program CNC machines.
- Drive initiatives for cost reduction and suggest enhancements to fabrication processes.
- Consistently deliver superior quality work within specified timeframes.
- Apply tooling expertise accurately.
- Proficiently read and interpret blueprints.
- Conduct hand layout and drilling tasks.
- Collaborate with the Engineering team to propose improvements to machine blueprints.
- Engage in continuous education and training for self-improvement.
- Undertake additional assignments as directed by the supervisor.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in machining.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively and thrive in a team setting.
- Solid mechanical and mathematical capabilities.
