Primary responsibilities include
- Management
- Provide ongoing leadership to team of talent advisors including career coaching, recognition, performance management, training, development, work allocation, and communication. Help your team embrace changes arising from external factors, advancements in technology and skills. Manage team to established compliance standards.
- Relationships
- Build and deepen strong relationships with partners and stakeholders. Develop a thorough understanding of the business and its people plans, to build and deliver talent strategies that deliver on those needs.

- Recommend strategies to meet business staffing plans for the short

- Participate and/or lead projects to drive change and team engagement

- Maintain external orientation of trends, skills, technology, strategies and networks to show up as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders

Hours & Work Schedule

- Come into our Johnston, RI and/or Westwood, MA offices 3 days/week
